The "ronqueo" is the timeless art of breaking down a fish, reminding us of the deep, often forgotten connection we share with the food we eat. For centuries, tuna has been at the heart of Japanese cuisine, a true symbol of their culinary tradition. On this unforgettable night, we’re bringing that tradition to life at Sommo, honoring the ritual and the richness it represents.
Join us for an ALL YOU CAN EAT bluefin tuna feast. Please note, this event is not suitable for vegetarians. It promises to be an unforgettable experience, as we return to the roots of gathering around food, giving thanks for its presence, and savoring all it has to offer.

As always, we’re bringing you an exceptional cocktail experience, but for our anniversary, we’re taking it to the next level. Alongside our signature menu, we’ve curated a special selection crafted exclusively for this event.
We’ve brought together top-tier mixologists for a unique collaboration, blending two bars into one. This exclusive takeover will create a one-night-only cocktail spectacle, available only on September 28th. You don’t want to miss the magic!
For this special night, Sommo Soundscapes has crafted a unique musical journey. DJ Don Alex Albert will guide us, opening his heart through sound and bringing emotions to life on the dance floor.
