We want them to let go of control and leave it in the hands of our exceptional chef, Joel Trejo, through an Omakase experience where the presentation will be designed to highlight the beauty and delicacy of the Japanese cuisine - the same one every mother and woman have.
The varied dishes will trigger different taste sensations that will awaken dormant moments. What better way to recall situations than around a table?

Because we want the archetypal mother who enters Sommo to feel at home, our bar staff will take special care in creating cocktails that will exist for a brief moment: potions that carry the essence of feminine alchemy.
These drinks will serve a single purpose: to evoke memories of the passing years. Let them seep into the body and make this night one that will be etched in their history.
